EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. It uses gentle electrical impulses through a specialised EMS suit to activate your muscles while you complete guided movements with a trainer. EMS training is designed to help activate multiple muscle groups at once, making it a time-efficient way to support strength, fitness, toning and general wellbeing.
